Adult pottery class

CLAY HOUR IN CARO’S STUDIO… Caro's adult pottery class in Leander, TX. Come and join us in Caro’s Studio for an hour and a half of playing in the mud! Put your old duds on and get ready to get dirty.

This is an open studio time where you will be given clay to create to your heart’s desire. You can produce one large piece or a few smaller pieces.

Want more clay? Just ask, pay, and you shall receive! After your items are fired, you may return during another scheduled time to glaze your pieces.

Caro's Studio permits you many options to produce your masterpiece. Choose from the following:

Hand build
Throw on the wheel.
Extruder - uses different dies to make coils, handles, and hollow 3-D forms.
Slab roller - rolls clay out in sheets
We also have a variety of tools for sculpting, texturing and shaping your projects.

It’s yours to decide.

Basic fee includes 1 lb of clay.

I will be glad to assist you with ideas, techniques, and pointers as you work! Due to this being an open studio time, and not a structured class, depending on how much instruction a beginner needs, an additional $5 instructional fee may be added to the initial fee for wheel throwing lessons.
